I am a first home buyer, I had no idea about build a new house. Through a friend's recommendation, I purchased a house and land package from Tailored Homes in Milns Park. From the initial explanation of the buying process to discussing the house detail specification/plan, and during construction/additional upgrade, and finally handover, the entire process was very smooth. I was worry-free throughout, even during the landscaping stage, as I didn't have to worry about anything. It was a hassle-free move-in experience.

As a full-time baker, I often couldn't take calls during the day. The staff at Tailored Homes confirmed every details with me after my work hours, and I am very grateful for their assistance. I am writing this letter to extend my appreciation to our amazing project manager Apple. I really appreciate her efforts and professionalism for the past few months.

Apple helped us through the distressing and unfair situation with contractor Xiao Lin. As a client,it is comforting to know that Apple always put us as her priority and happily carry the burden for us all the time.Her dedication and her professionalism are really impressive.

We also appreciate how Apple make sure everyone is on the same page and communicating clearly and it feels so nice to talk to her and ask any advice regarding our dream home.We feel that we can express ourselves freely around her.She is just amazing.
