Most of our builds take 16–22 weeks from consent to handover. The exact timeline depends on the design, site conditions, and council processing. We keep you updated at every stage.
Do you build custom homes or only house and land packages?
Both. We offer ready-to-go house and land packages in developments like Wigram and Prebbleton, as well as fully custom builds on your own section. Whether you want a turn-key townhouse or a bespoke family home, we tailor the process to you.
What does ‘turn-key’ mean?
Turn-key means everything is included — landscaping, driveways, appliances, window treatments, and all finishing touches. You get the keys and move straight in. No hidden extras after settlement.
Are your homes covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every Tailored Home is backed by a 10-Year Master Build Guarantee and a 24-month defects maintenance period. We’re a licensed Master Builder, so your protection is built into the contract.
Can I visit a display home or completed project?
